Marketing Manager

Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer

Job description:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
  • Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
  • Manage the Marketing Department Budget.
  • Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution, press releases and events.
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on‐going visits to customers and non‐customers.
  • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
  • Developing and implementing a company‐wide go‐to‐market plan, working with all departments to execute.
  • Analyzing potential partner relationships.
Job qualifications
  • 8‐10 years of marketing experience in the industry.
  • Experience with advertising / online advertising industry is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Job description:

As a Sales Account Manager, the ideal candidate will leverage knowledge of selling strategies and current direct marketing best practices to convert prospects into sales.
  • Promote The Company as a leader in Online Advertising Services in Middle East / Arab Region.
  • Deal with big / medium scale companies that could benefit from Online Advertisement.
  • Tirelessly prospect new customers to meet and exceed stated sales goals.
  • Extend sales opportunities with existing clients.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three plus years successful sales experience from within the Online Advertising or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of database sales, data processing services, and the ability to provide an integrated solution to prospects and customers.

Project Manager
  • Consults with management to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.
  • Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget, and staffing.
  • Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
  • Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
  • Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
  • Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.

Skills:
  • 8 or more years experience in Software Development field.
