Job description:
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Manage the Marketing Department Budget.
Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution, press releases and events.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on‐going visits to customers and non‐customers.
Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Developing and implementing a company‐wide go‐to‐market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Analyzing potential partner relationships.
Job qualifications
8‐10 years of marketing experience in the industry.
Experience with advertising / online advertising industry is a plus.
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.

Job description:
Hire, manage, motivate, train and lead account managers.
Business development of new accounts.
Close deals with customers (advertisers).
Close deals with publishers.
Create partners and allies locally and regionally.
Set sales plan according to strategies.
Reporting to upper management.
Job qualifications:
University degree.
Background in Advertising is a plus.
Owns a car.
Possess a commercial flair, Entrepreneurial talent, 'Make it happen' mentality.
Willing to relocate outside Egypt and travel in the Middle East.

Job description:
As a Sales Account Manager, the ideal candidate will leverage knowledge of selling strategies and current direct marketing best practices to convert prospects into sales.
Promote The Company as a leader in Online Advertising Services in Middle East / Arab Region.
Deal with big / medium scale companies that could benefit from Online Advertisement.
Tirelessly prospect new customers to meet and exceed stated sales goals.
Extend sales opportunities with existing clients.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
Three plus years successful sales experience from within the Online Advertising or similar industries.
Knowledge of database sales, data processing services, and the ability to provide an integrated solution to prospects and customers.
Ability to stay current with Company's innovations as well as products and services offered by the competition.
Outstanding oral, verbal communication and presentation skills.

Project Manager
Consults with management to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.
Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget, and staffing.
Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
Develops, implements, and monitors management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
