Publisher Terms & Conditions

Please read the following policy items carefully as it is the binding terms between e-Arabia and you as a publisher. If you fail to comply with any of these policies, e-Arabia has the right to terminate your publisher account immediately.

Invalid Clicks and/or Impressions

One of e-Arabia’s objectives is to aid advertisers receive clicks from interested Internet users to promote their businesses. So it’s absolutely forbidden for you as a publisher to click on ads that appear on your website.
We have a very powerful system that detects fraud behavior on our publisher sites and we have the right to expel publishers at any time if we detect any form of fraud behavior on their websites. If an account is expelled, the money generated by the publisher is returned to all advertisers that promoted their ads on the publishers’ site. Same concept is applied to impressions, so it’s forbidden to generate impressions in any illegal way.

Ad publishing

Using your “Publisher Control Panel”, you will have the ability to display the ads in the types and the formats that best suits your site, but you must take into account the following policies:

  • You cannot put more than 4 ads per page (Maximum number of ads per page is 4).
  • It’s forbidden to place ads in pop-ups, pop-unders or in emails.
  • It’s forbidden to in any way to encourage users to click on ads.
  • It’s forbidden to blend the text ads into the content of the site in a way that a users doesn’t distinguish between ads and content of the webpage.
  • It’s forbidden to show ads in any software application. Ads should be shown on approved publisher websites only.

Site Content

The content of the website must not promote or contain any of the following:

  • Violence
  • Racism
  • Religious intolerance
  • Pornography
  • Gambling
  • Copyrighted material without having proper consent from its author
  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco & Cigarettes
